Programs Director

The Programs Director is one of the twelve members of the Board of Directors. Their mission is to foster a sense of community and belonging within the DVS membership through community programs.
Duties according to Bylaws
- Curate community programs, setting a strategy that ensures a balanced, varied offering
- Determine when a community initiative should be retired, and follow through with retirement
- Manage DVS Community programs
- Manage DVS challenges
- Manage annual census survey and data
- Surface already existing external data visualization community programs to members
- Manage Community Committee
