Annual Census Survey

DVS's census survey is held annually and is managed by the Programs Director. There is 3 months of survey prep before the actual survey launch.
TASKS
- Review survey questions from the previous year, survey monkey is the current tool.
- Curate new survey form.
- Create rewards systems/incentives to encourage participation. (EX: 5 general memberships, 50 linkedin learning subscriptions)
- Design social media graphics and other promo materials for survey launch
- Decide on a timeline of when it should launch and close (EX: 9/1 launch close 10/1)
- Big communication push, the goal is 2,000 responses (EX: Email marketing and reminders, etc)
- Utilize prominent members in DVS's committee to promo survey
- Delegate data cleaning after survey closes, then public post of selective survey responses
- Use data from survey to create a visual to post via DVS's website and DVS's other social platforms.
