LIST OF DUTIES ACCORDING TO BYLAWS:
- Set strategies for diversity and inclusion within DVS, ensuring they are reflected across DVS
- Find ways to support already existing external data visualization DE&I initiatives
- Oversee organization and creation of programs and resources for underrepresented members
- Pursue DE&I partnerships; work with Partnerships Director on such partnerships
- Manage DE&I Committee

- Manage DE&I Committee
- Oversee organization and creation of programs and resources for underrepresented members
- Set strategy for making DVS an inclusive organization
- Ensure DE&I strategy is reflected across DVS
- representing DE&IE initiatives externally
